The national government published a new benchmark for biofuels blended with fossil fuels during October 2025. According to the resolutions published by the Ministry of Energy in the Official Gazette, minimum purchase prices for biodiesel and bioethanol were established, along with commercial conditions and possible revisions. For biodiesel intended to be mixed with diesel (gasoil), the minimum purchase price was set at $1.508.704 per ton, in force throughout October and until a new provision replaces it.

- Corn bioethanol: $816,887 per liter.
These values ​​apply exclusively to products used in the mandatory blend with gasoline and diesel, in accordance with the biofuels regime. As the implementing authority points out, The validity extends to all October operations.
