The city of Monzón is once again betting on the organic horticulture as an educational and environmental tool with a new edition of its theoretical-practical course in the urban garden of the Molino neighborhood. The proposal aims to teach any interested resident how to design, implement, and care for an environmentally friendly garden, using techniques adapted to local conditions.
Promoted by the Monzón City Council and the Fagus (Agro-environmental Training) entity, this course has established itself as a a recurring appointment for people who are fond of organic farming who wish to improve their knowledge and apply sustainable methods in their own gardens, whether they are family plots, community gardens or small urban spaces.
Organization of the organic horticulture course in Monzón
The initiative is led by the Department of the Environment of the Monzón City Council in collaboration with Fagus, an organization specializing in agro-environmental training. The course takes place entirely in the Molino urban garden, a municipal space set up for horticulture practice and collective learning.

The choice of Sunday is not accidental: in previous editions, some participants had indicated that Saturday was difficult for them to attend consistently.
